Terms & Conditions:

- The Developers reserve the right to make any additions, alterations and amendments as may be necessary from time to time.
- Payment of all extra work to be executed shall have to be made in advance.
- The possession of the flat shall be given one month after the full payment.
- Refund in case of cancellation will be made within 30 days from the date of booking of new client only. Administrative expense of 20% and the amount of extra work (If any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Common Maintenance Deposit, GST, Document Charges, Municipal Amenities Taxes and MGVCL (GEB)charges shall be borne by the clients
- Any new central or state government taxes, if applicable shall have to be borne by the client.
- This website is not to be treated as part of a document or contract, it is for easy display or the project.
Note:

- All outside work for A/C fitting or any change in outside elevation shall be one after consulting with the office person and no damage the member shall be done to the elevation of the tower.
- Society Maintenance are included & Tower's Individual expenses are exclude.
